INEC To Issue Certificates of Return to President Elect And Vice-President Elect

After delcaring President Buhari as the winner of the 2019 presidential election, INEC chairman and returning officer for the presidential election announced that according to electoral guidelines of issuing certificates of return to both president elect and vice president elect within 7 days of declaring a winner, he will issue the certificates of return to both president elect Buhari and Vice president elect Osinbajo by 2pm today (27th of February, 2019) at the International Conference Centre.
