After CNN posted the welfare act of California City, APC's Presidential campaign spokesman shades those that have been against Federal Government's Tradermoni. He wrote through his Twitter handle.

"In Nigeria, those who hate to see smiles on the faces of poor people (and who coculd not lift them out of poverty for 16years) call it 'vote-buying!' "
