In a rare moment for the usually stone-faced star, Kanye West could not stop smiling as he and wife Kim Kardashian checked out the beachfront view of their new $14 million Miami condo on Friday.

The lavish tower is also home to other notables including Goldman Sachs chairman Lloyd Blankfein, hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin and Faena co-developer Len Blavatnik.
