Rapper Boosie Badazz sues Dillard's for $40million for Pepper Sprayed on him by a Security Guard

Boosie Badazz is suing Dillard's, the City of Biloxi in Mississippi and a security company for the April 2017 incident Â

'This wouldn't happen to Justin Bieber': Boosie Badazz sues Dillard's for $40million claiming white security guard pepper sprayed him for 'being black' before  a brawl broke out with members of the rapper's entourage

Badazz was shopping in Biloxi, Mississippi, last April after performing at a spring break event when dozens of his fans tracked him to the mall and followed him into stores. It caused chaos in Edgewater Mall, forcing some stores to close while he shopped.

At the end of his shopping spree, he entered Dillard's with an entourage of around 20. He was planning to buy a shirt then leave in a waiting limousine but was pepper sprayed by security guard Glen Kerley after Kerley told them to leave because there were too many people in the store.

Now, Badazz, a kidney cancer survivor, claims the entire incident was racially charged.
He is suing Dillard's, the city of Biloxi, and Edgewater Mall and is seeking between $30million and $40million in damages, claiming local authorities in Mississippi are now making it difficult for him to perform.
