Former Senator who represented Kaduna Central from 1999 – 2007, Ahmed Aruwa is dead.

Former Senator who represented Kaduna Central from 1999 – 2007, Ahmed Aruwa is dead.

Aruwa reportedly died at the early hours of Sunday.

According to Daily Trust, the former Senator died around 4:30 am at a private hospital in Barnawa Kaduna State.

Confirming the death, a brother to the deceased, Suleiman Kuta said his funeral prayer would take place at Sultan Bello Mosque Kaduna.

Kuta said the deceased who was born in 1948 was a pillar of the family and will be missed dearly.

“Yes he died around 4:30 this morning as you know he has been sick for a while. Allah gives and takes but he Is a nice and easy going person who forgives others easily.
